The Atlas Copco GHS VSD+ series is a smart and efficient vacuum solution for a wide range of industrial applications, including plastics processing, glass manufacturing, bottling, canning, packaging, printing, paper production, and meat packaging.

 

The GHS 350–900 VSD+ oil-lubricated screw vacuum pumps are ideal for installation directly in production areas, providing dedicated vacuum supply for individual machines or specific processes. Their compact design and efficient operation make them well suited for point-of-use industrial vacuum applications.

 

The GHS 1300–1900 VSD+ vacuum pumps are designed for larger and more centralized vacuum requirements. They can be used as dedicated high-capacity vacuum solutions and are particularly suitable for central vacuum systems installed in factory utility rooms or compressor rooms.

 

Durable Components
The Atlas Copco GHS VSD+ vacuum pump features a highly efficient oil separator with excellent oil coalescence performance and ultra-low back pressure, helping reduce energy consumption and improve overall vacuum pump efficiency.

 

The advanced oil separation system is designed for an extended service life. Its oil separator elements can last up to twice as long as those typically used in oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps. A professionally engineered design also prevents overloading of the filter media, further extending separator lifetime and ensuring reliable operation.

 

 

Easy Maintenance

The oil separator cover features a unique hinged design that can be easily opened by sliding, allowing quick and straightforward replacement of the oil filter and helping reduce maintenance time.

 

A specially designed exhaust drip leg collects condensate at the exhaust outlet and directs it safely outside the pump enclosure. This smart drainage design helps keep the vacuum system clean, simplifies routine servicing, and supports reliable long-term operation with lower maintenance requirements.

Energy Savings

Variable Speed Drive (VSD) technology with intelligent setpoint control to deliver significant energy savings compared with conventional vacuum pump systems.

 

Setpoint control allows the vacuum pump to automatically adjust its performance according to the actual process vacuum level, helping optimize both energy consumption and production efficiency. Instead of continuously operating at full capacity, the pump precisely matches its speed and vacuum output to real-time process demand.

 

 

Elektronikon® Monitoring System
Elektronikon® helps optimize vacuum pump operation and improve energy efficiency by continuously monitoring key operating parameters. Its remote monitoring capabilities also allow the vacuum pump to be integrated into a factory management or plant control system, giving operators easier access to operating data and system status.
