The 2024 Supercharged Sharpshooter B7-41 is online!
The B7-41 booster has Atlas Copco's leading, patented four-cylinder or six-cylinder head, which takes into account the requirements of high quality pressure and flow rate, while the whole machine is more compact, lightweight and convenient, and easy to maintain. In addition, its dynamic air volume adjustment, dual pressure switching and other functions make the equipment more versatile, and can be widely used in different industries such as oil and gas, coal field drilling and so on.
Capable of generating up to 345 bar of compressed air or nitrogen, each compression stage is approximately 2.7 and 2.9 times more pressurised, with flow rates of up to 127m³/min.
Standardly equipped with intake pre-cooler, which can maximise the reliability of the booster; equipped with automatic loading and unloading system, which can reduce the manual guarding and emptying operation, and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
Derived from the unique design of the compression mainframe, there is no need for a separate complex oil pump system and expensive lubricants, which can significantly reduce the user's cost of use.
Weights as low as 2950kg allow set-up of all booster components, and the booster and air compressor can be combined on a single trailer.
During the testing of a 6-inch diameter, 100-kilometre long onshore pipeline in Texas, USA, a booster was required to provide a test pressure of 55.2-56.9 bar.
With a maximum length of 3.9 metres, a maximum width of 2.2 metres, a maximum height of 2.3 metres and a total weight of no more than 3.8 tonnes, the B7-41 booster is small and lightweight, which makes lifting and transporting it during on-site transportation much easier.
In onshore drilling, processes such as drilling fluid circulation, well wall stabilisation, bit breakout and cementing operations also require pressure support from a booster.
The B7-41 booster was also chosen for drilling operations at a geological exploration reverse circulation sampling site in Australia, where the entire machine was mounted on a trailer, which was convenient and greatly reduced transport costs. The high durability and low noise level of the B7-41 booster meets the customer's operational needs in the hotter temperatures of the Australian outback.
In addition to the B7-41 booster, the complete product line also has many models to choose from, such as the B7-42 booster that meets the needs of higher pressures, which adopts the Carter C7.1 engine and the modular design of two-stage compression, which allows switching from single-stage to two-stage, and is flexible and applicable to meet the needs of high pressures in various tough scenarios, such as oil and gas and coal field drilling.
